P4000 system for 3D printing – complete, add-on package for Zirkonzahn digital workflow
The system, which includes printer, software, post-curing lamp and resin, allows practices and dental laboratories to benefit from a pre-set package specially conceived for the dental workflow.

We take a look at the P4000 system for 3D printing – the complete, add-on package for Zirkonzahn digital workflow.

With the new P4000 system for 3D printing, Zirkonzahn provides dentists and dental technicians with a pre-set package specially conceived for the dental workflow and the manufacture of resin dental models.

The system, which includes the P4000 Printer, the Zirkonzahn.Slicer software and the L300 Post-Curing Lamp, works ideally in combination with the Printer Resin Waterbased Beige resin by Zirkonzahn.

The P4000 Printer is a space-saving LCD printer equipped with a high-resolution 4K monochrome display.

Depending on the structure and dimensions, the large printing volume (L x W x H:20 x 12.5 x 20 cm), allows the simultaneous production of up to 21 Geller models or 15 full-arch models.

Easily uploaded

The printer is conceived to process resin with a wavelength of 405 nm and for this reason works ideally with the Printer Resin Waterbased Beige.

Patient data, which are captured through intraoral or impression scans, can be easily and quickly loaded into the Model Maker module of the design software.

The realised model can be then transferred to the new Zirkonzahn.Slicer software, where it is placed on the printing platform and, if needed, special supports are generated.

After that, it is possible to send the 3D printing files via USB, LAN or Wi-Fi to the P4000 Printer. Once the model has been cleaned with water in the ultrasonic bath and cured, the patient’s jaw movements can be plaster-free checked in the PS1 or Mini-Arti ZS1 articulator using the new Jaw Aligner PS1 or ZS1 system (magnetic spacer plates).
