Align Technology launches Invisalign Go Express System

Align Technology have launched a new addition to its Invisalign Go portfolio: the Invisalign Go Express System.

Align Technology have announced the launch of the Invisalign Go Express system.

This aligner system is the latest addition to the Invisalign Go portfolio, in the UK and Ireland.

The Invisalign Go Express clear aligner system is an effective treatment option for adult patients needing minor orthodontic corrections, such as mild spacing, crowding, and orthodontic relapses.

In addition, it uses the same patented technology as the rest of the Invisalign Go portfolio, combining Invisalign Smarttrack material, Smartforce features and Smart Stage technology, allowing more predictable results.

The Invisalign Go Express system can be a stand-alone or be part of broader comprehensive ortho-restorative treatment plans.

It can also be part of the ‘align, bleach, and bond’ (ABB) minimally invasive dental technique for patients with a strong aesthetic focus.

Abhishek Ganguly is Align Technology vice president, sales GP channel, EMEA.

‘The request for aesthetic treatments is growing among general dentists.

‘The introduction of the new Invisalign Go Express system will provide an expanded scope of practice to general dentists to treat minor malocclusions or aesthetic corrections with the Invisalign system.’

Integrate tooth alignment into dentists’ comprehensive dental care

First launched in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region in 2016 as a 20-stage aligners treatment, the Invisalign Go system is designed for general dentists to treat mild to moderate malocclusions and also to integrate tooth alignment into restorative/comprehensive dental care.

The Invisalign Go Plus system, launched in 2020, offers a 26-stage treatment option to correct anterior teeth up to, and including, the first molar, over a period of six to 12-months.

In addition, the new Invisalign Go Express system is an up to seven-stage treatment option.

Lee Taylor is Align Technology vice president and marketing EMEA.

‘Evolving patient expectations and developments in technology have driven dentistry into a new era.

‘Align is partnering with general dental practitioners to help them thrive.

‘With the extended Invisalign Go portfolio and its latest addition, the Invisalign Go Express treatment, we now offer a complete portfolio of advanced clear aligner system to allow dentists to complete a wider variety of comprehensive dentistry procedures, with the constant support of a clear roadmap of training and professional education.’

The latest addition, the new Invisalign Go Express clear aligner system will be available in the UK and Ireland in September 2022.
