FAQ: I’m worried what my patients will think

Sarah Barnard explains how to make a conversion from NHS to private dentistry and bring your patients and team with you.

Making the move from NHS dentistry to private is a big decision for you and your practice. For many of you it will throw up a few questions and apprehensions. However, that is completely understandable and a normal feeling to have.

One question you may have about making the move to private dentistry is: ‘I’m worried what my patients will think.’

You may ask yourself: ‘What if they don’t want to make the move?’ or ‘What will they think of me and my practice?’

In this video, regional support manager, Sarah Barnard, will address this question. She will explain how Practice Plan and the team of experienced RSMs will guide you through this step. And help you explain to patients why you are making the move and why the conversion is beneficial for them and for the practice.
