Join Code’s free Q&A panel webinar ‘Supporting your team through lockdown three’ on Tuesday 26 January at 1pm to hear expert views on supporting your team through another lockdown.

The webinar will look back on the lessons learnt in 2020 and how you can forward plan to support your practice through 2021. The panel will discuss key topics including furloughing staff for childcare reasons. As well as the struggle of operating a practice with team members needing to shield or testing positive for COVID-19.

Karen Turner, managing director at 22 Coaching & Consulting will be joining the panel and discussing topical issues such as how to keep fit and well given the pressures in practice and how to ensure your practice is ready for when we come out of lockdown.

Hannah Larkworthy – senior HR adviser

Hannah Larkworthy is an experienced senior HR adviser within the Code Total HR team. She provides daily HR advice and support to Code’s member base of more than 3,000 practices. Hannah holds the CIPD level 5 qualification in human resource management and CIPD level 7 qualification in employment law. Hannah has developed her HR knowledge and skills by working in various sectors.

Samantha Draper – head of corporate accounts

Samantha Draper joined Code in 2015 as a professional services adviser. She soon rose to the position of head of new business and most recently head of corporate accounts. Previously a dental practice manager, Samantha has a passion for helping practices to develop and improve their systems.

She is able to advise practice owners on the benefits of compliance and HR systems from first-hand experience.

Alex O’Neill – head of compliance

Alex O’Neill is Code’s head of compliance, leading the team on Icomply content, documents and workflow. An experienced practice manager, business coach and consultant, he focuses on operational excellence and change management.
