Denplan is revamping under the new brand name of ‘Denplan, part of Simplyhealth’.
As part of its brand refresh, Simplyhealth is re-introducing the famous Denplan apple as part of its logo.
Brand changes will take place immediately and implemented across all of marketing by the end of 2020.
‘We’re really excited about the future of our Denplan brand,’ Caroline Coleman, managing director of Simplyhealth Professionals, said.
‘I believe we’re in great shape to continue growing our expertise in the dental market.’
Changes at the top
Caroline Coleman will also step down as managing director of Simplyhealth at the end of the year.
Simplyhealth is reviewing how its health businesses operates and has made a number of key changes to its leadership team.
‘Caroline has been a significant part of the Simplyhealth family,’ Romana Abdin, chief executive at Simplyhealth, said.
‘I’m delighted that we’ve been able to offer her new and stimulating career opportunities for so long.
‘We recognise her decision to embark on a new chapter.
‘She leaves a refreshed Denplan brand in great shape with an exciting future.
‘I know that she will be highly successful in anything else that she goes on to do.’
Rebranding
Denplan announced its rebranding as Simplyhealth at the start of 2017 to combine veterinary and dental under one roof.
Simplyhealth says it made the move to combine the strengths of Denplan and Simplyhealth Professionals, after they first joined forces in 2011.
‘Our member dentists will continue to benefit from having access to the same great products and services from our teams that that value,’ Ms Coleman said at the time.
‘But will also benefit from having access to all of Simplyhealth’s portfolio of products and the combined resources now available to us.
‘We care passionately about our business and want to be the best we can so that we understand and anticipate our customers’ needs.’
