The new online platform is being built with existing clients’ feedback constantly in mind in order to offer an improved user experience and additional stats, data and information on plan performance at the click of a button.
The new platform will have a focus on embracing digital processes wherever possible, meaning that users will benefit from having less paperwork to deal with in their daily practice.
Navigation will be simplified making usability even more intuitive to ensure that the portal is easily accessible for all staff members.
A dashboard area will provide a snapshot of insights into plan performance, providing users with an instant overview of the important facts that they need when it comes to their dental plan.
Alongside this, there will also be handy ‘to do’ action lists with alerts in order to encourage optimum plan management.
