Brighton Implant Clinic is celebrating the opening of a new laboratory in Worthing’s Guildbourne Centre, enhancing the clinics ability to provide affordable and streamlined dental implant treatment in Worthing and the surrounding areas.
Aligning with the Brighton Implant Clinic’s philosophy, the new laboratory (located inside the Brighton Implant Clinic Worthing branch) will work together with the clinic to streamline dental implant procedures and also make the treatment process more efficient and affordable.
The laboratory has four experienced dental lab assistants capable of producing same-day provisional crowns and bridges for implants and natural teeth, and creating fixed and removable prognostics.
Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a Blue Light Scanner by Renishaw, the technicians in the new laboratory will be able to take optical scans of dental models to create crowns, bridges and other restorations with absolute precision.
Clinical Director for the Brighton Implant Clinic, Dr Bruno Silva, said the launch of the laboratory in Worthing is a great step towards achieving affordable dental care for Britons.
‘Our patients travel from all over the UK to visit our clinics and gain access to more affordable and predictable implant treatments. The new lab in Worthing extends the offering we are providing, and creates more opportunities for people who require our services,’ Dr Silva said. Brighton Implant Clinic already started its first dental laboratory in Hove in 2009 and currently provides in house dental prosthesis for all of the clinics within the group.
