Business of Dentistry events by Practice Plan is bringing its Practice Management Conference to Reading, a day packed to the rafters with a whole host of thought-provoking ideas to help you boost your practice.

Following the success of the first conference in Manchester in June, the one-day conferences will conclude on 17 September in Reading with industry experts Chris Barrow, Simon Tucker, Pat Langley and Jane Lelean all topping the bill.

The speakers will share their insightful ideas and knowledge to help you stay ahead of the game and stand out from the crowd.

This is a conference designed specifically to support and develop dental practice management teams and really is a must-attend for any member of the team involved in management.

What to expect

So, what can you expect to hear on the day?

Well, it’s safe to say that the presentations are varied and cover the key topics that today’s dental managers need to be aware of.

Consultant and people developer Simon Tucker will be covering effective patient communication and demonstrating why taking the time to actively listen and understand your patients is so important.

Industry heavyweight Chris Barrow will be providing the lowdown on the future of marketing your dental practice and how new marketing activities can help you to attract patients.

Business coach and trainer Jane Lelean will be discussing how to develop a successful practice and highlighting the key elements needed in a great practice.

Finally, compliance expert Pat Langley will bring you up-to-speed with the latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) changes and help you to understand what you need to know when it comes to today’s regulatory world.

Networking

But that’s not all. As well as an impressive speaker line-up, you can also look forward to a day that will provide you with four hours of CPD and a host of dedicated networking sessions where you can share experiences, ideas and best practice with other industry colleagues.

Don’t just take our word for it though, here’s what attendee Janine Kidd, practice manager from MSG Dental Practice, had to say about the conference in Manchester:

‘A great day! Excellent speakers and a really good opportunity to get together with other practice managers, which is always really useful.’

The Practice Management Conference in Reading takes place on Thursday 17 September at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
