The Association of Dental Implantology (ADI), the registered charity dedicated to educating the industry and patients about dental implants and related treatments, has recently sent a copy of its 16-page patient information guide to 22,000 dental professionals in the UK.
This Considering Dental Implants? booklet provides information for patients, explains the terminology, gives a basic overview of the implant process, and answers many frequently asked questions about the treatment.
As part of the ADI membership benefits, ADI members are now able to request 50 of these Considering Dental Implants? completely free.

In addition to this guide, the ADI has also launched a new website containing this information for patients – www.consideringdentalimplants.co.uk.
Here patients can see the information in different electronic formats and patients can even request that a hard copy of the leaflet is sent to them.
