ADI members have their say

The Association of Dental Implantology UK will return to King’s College University, London, on Saturday 12 November for the 2011 Members’ National Forum.

The Forum is a one-day programme featuring an extensive selection of implant-related subjects covering surgical, restorative and hot-topic themes. This stimulating event is open to the entire dental team, attracting seven hours of verifiable CPD.

The programme comprises two parallel streams of 30-minute lectures presented by ADI member clinicians and technicians.

Stephen Jacobs, President of the ADI, said: ‘I am particularly looking forward to the ADI 2011 Members’ National Forum.

‘I feel the subjects being discussed are exceptionally topical and the parallel programme has bought a great mixture of both experienced lecturers and newcomers to the podium. The location, King’s College University, has proved a popular venue for the event due to the compact infrastructure and two lecture theatres.’

Lectures such as Management of severe peri-implantitis and Bone grafting complications and how to avoid them are associated with the surgical aspects of implant dentistry.

Restorative-based lecture titles include Cementing implant restorations – end of the journey or the start of further problems? and All on 4 from planning to restoration.

Treatment planning and medical contraindications are featured in lectures such as Digital Dentistry – is it time to move out of the Stone Age? and The amazing story of bisphosphates.

The full programme of speakers and lecture titles is available on the ADI website.

The Forum is open to ADI members only.
