As Chairperson of The Practice Managers Association, ADAM, and the Director of her consultancy, Practice Management Matters, Lisa has dedicated her career to mentoring, supporting, and training dental practices across the UK and Ireland. Her approachable, practical, and manageable strategies have helped countless teams to thrive.
Lisa provides “in practice” training and frequently presents at major dental shows and training events for various industry bodies. Her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to excellence have empowered many dental teams to grow, implement better systems, and enhance their workflows. She truly “walks the talk,” spending years actively supporting practices and fostering their success.
Lisa’s expertise is further recognised through her role as a judge for the Dentistry Awards, where she evaluates and celebrates outstanding achievements in the dental field.
