ADAM and Dentistry Practice Services are hosting a breakfast for Practice Managers to start the day by connecting with peers and sharing the realities of the role.
As a practice manager, you sit at the centre of the practice, balancing compliance, supporting clinicians, guiding teams and leading the conversations that shape performance, much of which happens behind the scenes.
Rather than presentations, this will be a relaxed, peer-led discussion exploring the challenges many face every day, from team dynamics and performance conversations to regulatory pressures and leading a practice with confidence.
