Treeline Dental Group celebrated another year of outstanding care with the ultimate Christmas party and ‘Silly Billy Awards’.
Nothing stands still for long at Treeline. As 2025 draws to a close, it was a good time for Treeline Dental Group’s co-founders Jimmey and Navjit Palahey to look back on a fantastic year. As a significant small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) dental employer in the East Midlands, Treeline serves more than 90,000 people from the full diversity of the local community, seeing primarily NHS patients (60%) versus private clients.
But none of this would be possible if it wasn’t for the group’s dedicated and talented workforce. Treeline can now count a total of 56 surgeries over 14 sites run by 250 staff members as the group’s ‘key statistics’. So now feels like the right time to celebrate – and what better way to let off steam and reflect on great work, well done than a Christmas party to beat all Christmas parties?
Treeline’s Christmas Party 2025 took place at the Magic Garden in Nottingham and all staff from across the whole group attended. It was a very welcome moment to take time out, and many staff decided to make a weekend of it by spending time Christmas shopping together. The event coordination was in the safe hands of the heads of each of the Treeline teams, who gave out the ‘Silly Billy Awards’ – and finished the evening off with an after-party at Manahatta.
‘The perfect way to blow off some steam’
Dr Jimmey Palahey, co-founder of Treeline Dental Care, said: ‘Our Christmas party was the perfect way to blow off some steam and celebrate the incredible hard work and dedication our teams have shown throughout the year. Highlights of the night included our inaugural Treeline ‘Silly Billy Awards’. It was great to recognise the personalities that make our culture so unique. I want to give a particular shout-out to the Magic Garden team and our brilliant head office crew for organising such a fantastic event.
