Starting a new cooperation with Dyamach, an Italian specialist in high-performance milling machines, VOCO has gained a strong trusted partner.
The new collaboration enables precise and efficient fabrication of restorations from the nano-ceramic hybrid material Grandio disc, optimised by validated milling and grinding strategies on Dyamach’s five-axis milling machines. A special strategy has also been developed for use with the C-clamp holder, enabling much finer milling of the vestibular spaces.
Thanks to the coordinated processing parameters and tools, dental technicians can exploit the full potential of the Grandio disc. The result is highly aesthetic, durable and cost-effective restorations, ranging from single crowns to large-span, implant-supported restorations.
The right material for every occasion – from crowns to prostheses
VOCO has been developing quality composite materials in Germany for more than 40 years. With its CAD/CAM portfolio of nano-ceramic hybrids for indirect restorations, VOCO is setting new standards: the polymerised composites Grandio blocs and Grandio disc are with 86% filler content the strongest in their class and offer perfect tooth resemblance.
In the Grandio disc multicolor, restorations can be positioned variably and offer a natural colour gradient from the incisal edge to the tooth neck. The materials are indicated for the fabrication of crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers, implant-supported crowns and veneering of load-bearing framework constructions.
CediTEC DT (denture teeth) enables the fabrication of individual denture teeth, tooth segments and even complete dental arches for removable prosthetics. For the fabrication of long-term temporary and semi-permanent restorations, Structur CAD offers the highest quality and aesthetics. CAD/CAM restorations are precise, easily reproducible, customisable and easy to polish. They are quick to process and can be finely milled.
