Locum Dentist Associate London (SE15)
Medicruit are sourcing a Dentist to cover 2 days a week in London
Role will be to start ASAP working Mondays and Fridays
£380 paid per day for achieving 30 UDAs – £11 per UDA for under/over achieving target (not negotiable)
3 surgery site, equipped and computerised using R4
Peckham station and Queens road station in walking distance of the practice.
Candidates will need to be able to provide the following compliance documents:
• GDC Certificate
• Performer Number
• Indemnity Certificate
• Enhanced CRB Certificate
• Dental Degree Certificate
• Clinical References
• Passport
• Hep B Immunisation
