CONTRACT DETAILS

UDA’s – 2500
PAY – £10 per UDA
Established List
Thursday 9am – 6pm
Friday 9am – 5pm
Saturday 9am – 1pm
Start date – ASAP but happy to wait notice period

REQUIREMENTS

English Performer number (No restrictions)
GDC Registration
Indemnity Insurance
CRB
Hep B
SOE experience of an advantage

To be considered for this client you will need to let us know how many NHS and Private work you are currently completing. It is also essential that you have an active performer number with no restrictions.
