Ashley is the associate director of Byrnes Dental Lab, a forward-thinking dental laboratory based in Oxfordshire which is part of the Corus group. His team is built on having fun, being innovative, and pushing to change dental technology for the better. Ashley has lectured all around the world on various topics, including digital dentistry and building a team.

Matt Everatt is the editor-in-chief of Laboratory magazine, a leading publication dedicated to promoting technical excellence. He has worked in dental technology from the age of 17, working predominantly in orthodontics and maxillofacial technology before forming S4S Dental Laboratory as a director. From 2006 to 2009, Alessandro Cucchiaro worked in Zirkonzahn as a dental technician and served as Zirkonzahn USA General Manager from 2009 to 2023. Specialised in CAD/CAM and digital technology, he works as Zirkonzahn course instructor and lecturer at various conferences and events worldwide.

Kristina Vaitelyte is an experienced digital dental technician specialising in CAD/CAM technologies for over 10 years. Initially graduating with a BA Fine Arts degree, and pursuing a career in photography, a decade later Kristina was inspired to use her skills in the digital dental revolution. After completing her second degree, BSc Dental Technology, Kristina has worked internationally alongside some of the pioneers in the industry. She enjoys mixing her two passions, photography, and dental technology in unique ways, to showcase the art of the possible, and inspire others.

Alla Leal has built her career in dental aesthetics, focusing on creating beautiful veneers, high-aesthetic restorations, and All-on-X solutions.

After earning her degree in Russia, Alla began her career in Moscow, working at top laboratories. She later moved to London, where she continued to refine her skills in some of the city’s most prestigious dental labs. Alla specializes in complex cases, including full-mouth rehabilitations on implants, refractory veneers, and e.max veneers and crowns. Her attention to detail and passion for quality have made her a trusted partner for dentists and patients alike.

Riges Picaku is a highly skilled dental technician with over 15 years of experience in the field. He was born in Albania, but raised in Italy where he obtained his degree in Dental Technology in 2009. In 2015, he moved to London, where he expanded his expertise as a CAD designer specializing in All-on-X restorations. His precision and artistry in full mouth rehabilitation have made him stand out throughout the years in the dentistry industry. In 2024, he expanded his impact by conducting private courses and seminars, sharing the techniques and insights behind his All-on-X designs. He is passionate about the transformative power of dental restorations and loves recreating natural shapes and witnessing the life-changing effects on patients’ confidence and well-being.
