Tom Murphy

University Lecturer

Dr Tom Murphy’s implant practice is focussed on more complex aspects of dental implantology, such as guided bone regeneration/block grafting/periodontal soft tissue grafting/ sinus lifts (internal and external), aesthetic implant rehabilitation and full arch implant surgery. Regarding full arch surgery he is very experienced with immediate placement/immediate load surgeries, and is one of the few implant surgeons in Ireland that carries out extra-maxillary pterygoid implants, trans-sinus implants and zygomatic implants.

Dr Tom Murphy was awarded a master’s degree, with distinction, in clinical implantology from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan). Currently Dr Tom is involved in lecturing for the UCLan Implantology MSc programme and as a visiting lecturer for the Royal College of Surgeons England, as well as lecturing across the UK and Ireland for various organisations, such as the Association of Dental Implantology. In addition to this Dr Tom is involved with carrying out and publishing dental research.

Dr Tom is currently carrying out an MClinDent in Prosthodontics at King’s College London and his prosthodontic practice is typically focussed around; partially/fully edentulous patients aiming for a fixed solution, typically involving implant or conventional bridgework, tooth wear and cosmetic rehabilitation. Dr Tom enjoys a mixture of conventional full mouth rehabilitation, to novel minimally invasive adhesive approaches.

Dr. Kuwerjit Singh Chani is a pioneering Digital Implant Dentist practicing across Nottingham, Liverpool, and London. He is the Owner of Arnold Dental and founder of Implants by Chani, a practice dedicated to utilising advanced digital workflows to transform implant dentistry. With over a decade of experience, Dr. Chani has mastered guided surgery, 3D printing, and computer-aided implantology to deliver predictable and life-changing results for his patients. A firm believer in clinician-led design, Dr. Chani regularly lectures internationally and works with dental professionals to embrace cutting-edge technologies for better patient outcomes. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Implant Dentistry, pushing the boundaries of modern implantology.

Kareem Siddiqui

With over a decade of experience in dental education, Dr Kareem Siddiqui has served as an Educational Supervisor for Health Education North East for 10 years, mentoring and training the next generation of dentists. He has also contributed to the profession as a past MJDF examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of England and as a former member of Tees Local Dental Committee (LDC), actively supporting the development of dentistry in the region.

Passionate about minimally invasive approaches to oral implantology and digital dentistry, Dr Siddiqui is committed to integrating advanced techniques to improve patient outcomes. Currently, he is an active Board Member of the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI UK) for the North East England region and also holds memberships with the International Team for Implantology (ITI) and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), continuously expanding his expertise in the field.

Anupam Nandi

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Branton mentors dentists through the Platinum Implant Programme, an advanced training course in Edinburgh. She is also the founder of Diamond Smiles Foundation, a charity providing free dental transformations for women who have survived domestic abuse, helping restore their health and confidence.
