Systems Auditor – national role – any location considered

Job Purpose:

To audit company systems and processes including Financial Management to ensure that field teams operate to company policies and standards. Investigate discrepancies within cash management systems and processes reporting findings to Operations/HR and Finance.

Interpret Management Information to identify opportunities for improvement in the business. Develop procedural documentation to enable the Operations team to implement systems and processes in line with the company standard. Act as a point of information on projects and provide assistance and support to field teams.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Using the Audit blueprint conduct regular unannounced practice visits to measure company compliance against standards e.g. R4, Cash Management, EDI
  • Conduct investigations into identified cash variances/losses at practice level producing a comprehensive report with recommendations to support Operations in the decision making process. This may also include formal interviews of company colleagues
  • Utilising available Management Information e.g. System review, Dashboard, R4 and Finance  proactively identify practices that require follow up and action
  • Engagement with key stakeholders particularly Finance and Operations to build an effective working relationship
  • Work closely with all support functions to help develop and deliver company systems and processes and subsequent communication to field teams
  • Act as a SME (Subject Matter Expert
  • Contribute to the development of projects and work streams – Support Centre
  • Offer support and problem solving within an effective strong working relationships -Practices And ADMs

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload and activities
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Effective report writing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels including the ability to use tact and diplomacy and persuasiveness
  • Effective problem management skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of the core operating system e.g. R4
  • Understanding of the IDH business model and current operations focus and priorities
  • Experience within an Audit Role within Operations in same sector or Healthcare/Retail
