This strong confident Practice Manager understands the importance on leading a team as much as managing the team’s direction. They will be able to react to the ever-changing day-to-day duties of running a fast-paced dentistry organisation and find it natural to multitask. They are comfortable engaging with patients both on the phone and face to face within the practice and being able to deal with complaints that may arise in a positive way and more importantly able to learn from this feedback and implement changes if that’s what is required. This practice manager are considered an approachable person within the business that naturally coaches their team to get the best out of them. This person does work under pressure but from the outside you wouldn’t know it.

Dental Elite are now working closely with the owners of an independent practice who are now recruiting for the post of Practice Manager for an established dental practice in Bexleyheath, Kent. Candidates for this appointment will ideally need to have previous Practice Manager experience or have extensive experience in dentistry. Normal practice management duties will be required.
Monday to Friday – 8am until 1pm
SOE experience essential
Minimum of 3 years experience required. Candidates must be comfortable with the inner workings of NHS and Private Dentistry and be able to manage a dynamic team.
Start date beginning of February 2018
