23RD December 2016     time 09:00 – 17:00          lunch time 13:00 – 14:00     Expected Patients booking 12- 18

28th December 2016      time 09:00 – 17:00          lunch time 13:00 – 14:00     Expected Patients booking 15-20

29th December 2016      time 09:00 – 17:00          lunch time 13:00 – 14:00     Expected Patients booking 15-20

30th December 2016      time 09:00 – 17:00          lunch Time 13:00 – 14:00    Expected Patients booking  15-20

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00

Pay – £350 based on a target of 30 UDAs
