Locum Dentist with an active performer number required to start work immediately in an established dental practice in Derby, Derbyshire. Details:
·3-5 days a week
·Monday to Friday
·9am-5pm
·ASAP start until April 2019
·£10.50 per UDA
·As many UDAs available as required
·Established List
·50/50 lab bills
·40% private

All Dentists must be GDC registered and have an active performer number.
