Keighley 2 is a very modern practice that has been open for 6 years. The practice is situated in Keighley town centre – public transport including bus and train are within walking distance. Leeds Bradford international airport is only 30 minutes away. The area is on the edge of the Yorkshire Dale and very near the picturesque village of Haworth and the Bronte moors. The practice is also a very easy commute to the cities of Leeds and Bradford.

The practice has built up a steady patient base, with a mixed and diverse population, over the period that the practice has been open. The original contract was based on a pilot scheme developed with the local PCT, to provide better oral health and meet the needs of the local community. This was done by using a skill mix to deliver the pathway based system and uses the therapist and Oral Health educators to promote and improve the health of our patient base.  Although the pilot has now ended the pathway system and skill mix are still being utilised to deliver better oral health.  The practice holds the Health Promoting Practice Award at the top level for its work in the area.

Keighley 2 has a very large free car park available for all staff.

Why work at our Keighley 2 practice? You will be able to see a broad spectrum of patients within a large cultural mix.

You’ll enjoy competitive UDA rates, 50% contribution to lab fees, access to an established patient list and private practice opportunities. As part of our network of clinical professionals, you’ll also be able to share ideas and expertise with Specialists and Dentists across the UK.
