We need an Associate Dentist with an active performer number to start working in Bristol, Avon.

?Monday-Friday (no weekends)
?UDA rate negotiable dependent on experience – circa ?11/UDA
?UDA rate may be increased after start dependent on performance and hitting targets
?50% private remuneration

ROLE 1:
?Full time
?Monday-Friday
?Monday & Wednesday 09:00-17:00; Tuesday & Thursday 09:00-18:00, Friday 08:00-16:00
?6500-7500 UDAs available
ROLE 2:
?Part time – 4 days a week
?Monday & Wednesday 09:00-17:00; Tuesday & Thursday 09:00-18:00, Friday 08:00-16:00
?6000-7000 UDAs available

?Independently owned practice
?New owner – practice currently being remodelled, fully digitalised (most has been done) and modernised
?Exciting plans for the future
?3 surgeries
?SOE
?Parking on site and close by
REQUIREMENTS:
?GDC registration and certificate
?Active performer number
?Valid indemnity insurance
?Proof of right to work in the UK
?DBS
