Currently practising in Alaska and Oregon, Richard is a 1991 graduate of the Oregon Health Sciences Center endodontic residency. He is widely published and has extensive experience lecturing and writing globally. Dr Brett E Gilbert: Graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School in 2001 and completed his postgraduate training in endodontics from the University of Maryland Dental School in 2003. He is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Illinois-Chicago, College of Dentistry and on staff at Presence Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago. In 2019, he founded an endodontic specialty programme at the Chicago Dental Society Foundation Clinic. Dr Gilbert lectures nationally and internationally on clinical endodontics, and is the founder of Access Endo: Coaching, Collaboration, Community. Dr Gilbert has a full-time private practice limited to endodontics in Niles, Illinois.
