Nafisa Mughal is an aesthetics practitioner with a background in dentistry. After qualifying in dental hygiene in 2008 at the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital, she found herself increasingly drawn to facial cosmetic treatments. Nafisa trained in 2010 to administer anti-wrinkle injections. She has since trained further in dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation treatments such as skin peels and micro needling. She has also gained a diploma in semi-permanent makeup techniques. Nafisa is an enthusiastic aesthetics trainer and seeks to empower others with the knowledge and skills for them to be able to practice confidently on their own. She particularly enjoys training and mentoring other hygienists and therapists in this field. As well as being an aesthetics trainer, Nafisa co-owns two dental practices with her husband in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. She also runs her own aesthetics company, providing treatments for her patients. She is always learning new techniques and treatments to stay at the forefront of non surgical facial aesthetic developments. Nafisa is passionate about empowering other hygienists and therapists. She has written many articles in dental journals for other dental hygienists as well as co-authoring a book to inspire others to be the best they can be.
